Golf
Historic golf course in the Poconos
Over a century ago, Buck Hill Golf Club opened its first nine holes, and quickly became one of the preeminent golf courses of the Pocono Mountains. Our course has since tripled in size, but its longstanding reputation continues.
Acclaimed 27-hole golf course
In 1907, first PGA president and eminent golf course architect Robert White designed nine iconic holes along an open stretch of the Poconos mountainside. Nearly 25 years later, famed course architect Donald Ross integrated 18 more holes, each with his renowned attention to detail and natural aesthetic. For generations, Buck Hill Golf Club members have enjoyed each course for its unmatched beauty and varied challenges.
Centennial Celebration
In 2022, Buck Hill Falls celebrated the Centennial Anniversary of our Donald Ross courses. The 18 holes were fully restored with the help of renowned course architect Rees Jones, golf historian Andrew Mutch, and NMP Golf Construction. The multi-year, $2 million restoration, incorporating the latest advances in agronomy and technology, was made possible through the generosity of Cottagers, non-resident Members, and the Buck Hill Falls Company. Improvements are ongoing, to include our 9-hole Robert White course and additional upgrades.
