Buck Hill Cottage Tour

Welcome to Buck Hill Falls, a breathtaking destination nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania – one that offers unforgettable memories and community connections. Our elegant estate homes grace the wooded hills of Buck Hill Falls on almost 5,000 acres of pristine woods.
House Tour
The Buck Hill Art Association’s House Tour offers visitors a one-time annual opportunity to experience the exclusive lifestyle and tour the private homes of current Buck Hill community members. From grand estates to cottages, golf homes, ranch and Cape Cod-style homes, many of these houses, also known as “cottages,” date back to the to community’s founding in the early 1900s and receive trendy, modern updates and designer touches by their owners. The townhomes (golf cottages) in the community are showcased near the community’s legendary 27- hole course designed by golf architect, Donald Ross.
Visitors participate in the self-guided community tour on July 13 from 10am – 2pm. Upon arrival at each home, they will receive a personal tour from the owner. There they learn more about the style, architecture, and design updates, cottage and community history, and even about the Buck Hill lifestyle and community traditions.
At the start, or end of the cottage tour, you can purchase an epicurean treat at the Buck Hill Art Association’s gourmet market table, or take a stroll to Gertie’s Garret – a tag sale of unique treasures. Both will be located at the Tennis Tea and the Urice Room adjacent to the Buck Hill Tennis Club. Feel free to dine at our Fairway Grille restaurant located nearby at 357 Golf Drive.
