Fly-fishing at Buck Hill is a century-old tradition, and anglers love the challenge of honing their skills on our more than two miles of crystal-clear waters. Buck Hill Creek has been designated a waterway of “exceptional value” by the State of Pennsylvania. Buck Hill’s pristine streams are cherished by our fly-fishing group, many of whom cap off a day of golf or tennis with an hour’s quiet communion in the rushing waters, under a canopy of leaves.
Everyone is welcome to fish at Buck Hill. All must have a current Pennsylvania Fishing License with a trout stamp (available here) and a Buck Hill Falls fishing permit application (available here). There are daily, monthly and seasonal rates; Buck Hill residents and guests do receive lower rates than visitors, as described in the fishing permit application. Please be familiar with the detailed Buck Hill fishing regulations available here.
